Sturdy Oak

Filed under: Photography — Catrina Kleven @ 12:06 pm

This beautiful tree is one of the most stately oaks I have seen in Fort Wayne. The trunk is about five or six feet thick at the bottom and it features a cool hiding space. As I was photographing it I could just imagine a pair of little eyes peering out!

The Dancing Trees

Filed under: Photography — Catrina Kleven @ 5:01 pm

This picture was taken at one of my favorite places, Fox Island County Park. I love going there to swim and take hikes in my free time. The park offers many diverse trails and several different ecosystems to observe. I love how the trees look like they are dancing in the wind!

Like Father, like son.

Filed under: Photography — Catrina Kleven @ 7:06 pm

This is a photo I took of my boyfriend Chris Crawford, and his son Mack at the 4th of July fireworks. Chris and Mack came into my life almost six months ago, and I have been blessed to share many fun afternoons with them. Since Chris spends most of his time as the one behind the camera, it was a great opportunity to get a picture of him and Mack together.
